Cancellation policy
Cancellations or amendments to bookings must be notified by email.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the cancellation is received:
- More than 7 days before arrival date: Deposit returned (less administration costs).
- Within 7 days of arrival date (or no show): Deposit is forfeited.
Deposit, damage & guest behavior policy
A cash deposit of Rp2,000,000 or $200 is required from guests on arrival. Assuming that the villa is left in good condition, this deposit will be returned upon check-out.
